DNA Sexing

Do you want to know the gender of your lovebird baby for ease of naming? Do you have a specific sex of lovebird that you are looking for?

If you do, you have the option of having DNA Sexing your lovebird. For our birds, the baby must be pre-purchased as it takes about one and half weeks for the results to come out.

DNA sexing fee for birds purchased from us: $25

DNA sexing fee for all other birds: $35

This price includes our taking of the sample, lab testing charges, and mailing fees.

Boarding

Are you going away on vacation without anyone looking after your beloved birds? Do you need a break from taking care of them?

Here at Lovebird Haven we offer a short-term boarding service!

If you had purchased the lovebird from us:

$10 per day for 1 cage for a maximum of 15 days. (No more than 2 birds per cage)

$15 per day for lovebirds purchased from other places. Same rules apply.

Note: We only accept healthy lovebirds - if you wish to board another breed of medium-sized birds, you must supply your own food and any other specialized supplies. Also note that we only accept healthy lovebirds. It is not our liability if your bird becomes ill/passes away due to uncontrollable factors.
